We store your name, email, shipping address, and design idea to fulfill your custom order. This helps us create your design, request approval, ship your item, and respond to order questions.

Payments

Stripe processes payments and handles your card details. LOBE does not store card numbers. We keep payment status and a checkout reference with your order.

Drop updates

If you sign up for drop updates, we store your email to let you know about LOBE drops. Contact us to request that we stop sending updates or remove your signup.

Your information and requests

We use order details for fulfillment and share the information needed to process payment and deliver your order. Contact us if you want to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information; some order records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
